天目人気は根強いですが、その天目を用いた茶道具を主に作陶されている田中永嵩さんの酒器です。
田中さんの天目は、銀や瑠璃のように光っているようにも、或いは黒びかりのようにも見えるのが不思議です。

天目は、窯から出るまで焼き上がりがわからない不安定なやきものですが、そこがまた作る方も使う方にも魅力なのかもしれません。
